Canton's Bartle Wins SUNYAC Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week
CORTLAND, N.Y. - Canton's Natalie Bartle is this week's SUNYAC Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week.
Bartle stuffed the stat sheet averaging 17.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 4.5 steals per game leading the Roos to a 2-0 week in SUNYAC play as the Roos clinched a playoff berth in their first season in the conference. She opened the weekend with game-highs of 19 points, five assists and five steals to go with seven rebounds and a block in a 61-40 win against Potsdam on Friday. Bartle closed out the weekend with 16 points, game-highs of four assists and four steals to go with four rebounds in a 58-46 win against Plattsburgh on Saturday.
