| Hopewell Junction, NY / John Jay View Full Bio New Paltz sophomore shortstop Andrew DiNardo hit .571 (4-for-7) in a 1-1 week for the Hawks. He also drove in two runs and scored once. In game one of a doubleheader against The College at Brockport, DiNardo went 2-for-4 in an 8-1 loss. In game two against Brockport, DiNardo batted 2-for-3 with two RBI, a run scored and a double, helping lift the Hawks to a 5-0 win. For the season, DiNardo ranks second on the team in batting average (.355) while owning team-highs in runs scored (11), hits (22) and walks (10). New Paltz (9-12, 1-4 SUNYAC) next faces SUNY Oneonta on Tuesday, April 1, at 3 p.m. |
