Brockport Men's Soccer Ranked No.1 in Region and 7th in the Nation
For the second consecutive week, the College at Brockport men's soccer team is ranked No 1 in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/Continental Tire NCAA Division III Men's East Region poll and ranked seventh in the National Poll released Oct. 1.
The Golden Eagles didn't start the year ranked, but jumped into the DIII 15th spot nationally in week two. They moved up to No. 13 in the nation week three and then to No. 7 week four and remain there with a 7-0-2 overall record. Brockport is currently 2-0 in the conference after the first weekend of play.
SUNY Oneonta, 6-2-2, and Plattsburgh State, 7-1-1, are ranked seventh and eighth respectively in the NCSAA DIII East Region poll.
