Alexis Archilla scored both Plattsburgh State goals in Saturday's 2-1 victory over Buffalo State in the SUNYAC Quarterfinals. Archilla gave the Cardinals the lead in the 66th minute but the Bengals quickly tied it up. The Cardinal rookie struck again in the 83rd minute, scoring on a shot from the center of the box to secure Plattsburgh State a spot in the SUNYAC Semifinals. Earlier in the week, Archilla also came away with the Cardinals' best two scoring chances in a 1-0 loss at No. 19 St. Lawrence. Archilla continues to lead the Plattsburgh State offense with nine goal and 21 points.
