Buffalo State Men's Soccer Earns At-Large Bid Into NCAA Tournament

BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo State men's soccer team, led by head coach Francesco Cardillo, have earned an at-large bid for the 2024 NCAA Men's Soccer Championship Tournament. The Bengals will battle Thomas (ME) for their first matchup and will travel to Tufts for the opening rounds. Buffalo State was pooled with Tufts, Thomas (ME), and Westfield State.
This is the first time the Bengals have earned an at-large bid for the NCAA Tournament since 2017 and for the eighth time in program history. At 15-2-3 (7-1-1 SUNYAC), the Bengals will open play against the Terriers who stand at 13-1-1 (8-0-2 NAC) and enter the tournament after clinching an automatic qualifier by winning their conference championship.
