Morano Named SUNYAC Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The SUNYAC has picked Cortland's Emily Morano as the Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week for the week ending Nov. 20.
Morano led Cortland with 19 points, including the game-tying layup with less than 30 seconds left in regulation, in Cortland's 77-76 overtime win at Hamilton Saturday. Earlier in the week she registered 10 points, six rebounds, four steals and two blocks in just 18 minutes in a 79-43 home win vs. Hartwick.
