Women's lacrosse programs honored for academic achievements
The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has recognized 125 schools on their 2014 Division III Academic Honor Squad .
The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) was represented by three women's lacrosse programs, The College of Brockport, SUNY Geneseo, and Oswego State.
Every team with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher earned the honors.
The IWLCA recognized 254 schools overall for the IWLCA Division I (84), II (45) & III (125) Academic Honor Squads Honors for the 2014 season.
Geneseo finished the 2014 season with a 17-3 record, while Oswego went 11-6, and Brockport ended at 10-7.
