Cortland Picked No. 1 in 2025 SUNYAC Women's Volleyball Preseason Poll
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - The SUNYAC women's volleyball coaches voted and the reigning champions, Cortland, are No. 1 in the 2025 preseason poll.
In 2024, the Cortland Red Dragons won their fourth-straight league championship, which was the program's 23rd title overall. The team finished last season 26-6 overall.
The Bengals, ranked second, won the league crown in 2013 and will compete to capture their second-ever women's volleyball conference title in 2025. Buffalo State went 20-10 overall last season.
New Paltz is No. 3 in the poll. This season, the Hawks will play for their fourth SUNYAC women's volleyball title and first since 2018. New Paltz finished the 2024 season 16-13 overall.
