No. 1 Oswego to Host No. 2 Plattsburgh in SUNYAC Men's Ice Hockey Final
No. 1 seed Oswego (22-4) will host No. 2 seed Plattsburgh (19-6-1) in the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Men's Ice Hockey Championship game Saturday at 7pm. The Lakers, defeated No. 4-seed Buffalo State, 5-2, Saturday night to advance to the title game. Plattsburgh will travel to Oswego after defeating the No. 3-seed Geneseo, 5-1.
The Plattsburgh State men's hockey team defeated Oswego, 3-2, last year to become back-to-back SUNYAC Champions. The Cardinals claimed their 21st conference title. Oswego captured the SUNYAC title in 2010, its eighth overall.
