Knaynik and Ndukwu Tabbed SUNYAC Women's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Alfred State's Oli Knaynik is the SUNYAC Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Week while Cortland's Jennifer Ndukwu earns Field Athlete of the Week recognition.
Kraynik earns her second SUNYAC Track Athlete of the Week recognition after she notched a win in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:16.88. With that time, Kraynik hit the AARTFC standard and set a new school record.
Ndukwu finished fourth out of 46 competitors in the weight throw at the Ithaca College Bomber Invitational. Her distance of 16.11 meters (52' 10.25") is an AARTFC qualifier and ranks 25th nationally in Division III. She also placed 14th of 45 in the shot put at 11.08 meters (36' 4.25").
