SUNYAC's Modzelewski recognized by ECAC
Brockport junior, Patrick Modzelewski (Brooklyn, N.Y.)Â has been recognized this week by the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) as the Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the Division III Upstate Region.
Modzelewski, playing in his first games for the Golden Eagles, made 20 three-pointers at the Wendy's College Classic, while leading Brockport to a pair of victories. The junior set the single-game record with 11 three-pointers made against Nazareth and added nine three-pointers in an 80-78 win over Hobart. He also became the record holder for threes made in a single Wendy's College Classic tournament as well.
