Jeffes and Brunache Earn SUNYAC Men’s Indoor Track & Field Weekly Honors
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Cortland's Josh Jeffes and Isaiah Brunache have been named SUNYAC Men's Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week after standout performances.
Jeffes won the 400-meter dash at the Cornell Marc Deneault Invitational, clocking 48.05 seconds. His time ranks fourth nationally in Division III and is an AARTFC qualifier.
Brunache dominated in the shot put at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up, winning with a throw of 17.47 meters. He also placed fourth in the weight throw (17.16m), with both marks meeting AARTFC standards.
