Walsh and Mulcahy of Plattsburgh Win SUNYAC Offensive and Defensive Athlete of the Week
SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Plattsburgh's Mike Walsh and Jack Mulcahy have been named SUNYAC Men's Lacrosse Athletes of the Week after leading the Cardinals to a 9-4 victory over Mount Saint Mary.
Walsh powered the offense with five points, scoring two goals and dishing out three assists. He took seven shots, putting five on target, and added four ground balls.
Mulcahy dominated in goal, recording a career-high 13 saves. He posted a 76.5 percent save percentage, allowing just four goals on 17 shots faced.
