Ivy Named ECAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week
The College at Brockport junior guard John Ivy (Rochester, NY) has been named the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Upstate Men's Basketball Player of the Week.
Ivy scored a career-high 32 points in a win over New Paltz to reach the 1,000 point career milestone. Ivy entered the game needing 31 points. He becomes the 22nd player in Brockport history to join the 1,000 point club. Ivy averaged 24.7 points during a three-game winning streak while shooting 50.9 percent. He also averaged three steals per game, including a career-high five against Oneonta.
