Three SUNYAC Athletes Recognized by ECAC
Division III – Upstate
Softball Player of the Week
Samantha Trapasso – SUNY Geneseo
Junior, First Base, Garden City, N.Y.
Trapasso led Geneseo in nearly every category during the Knights' eight-game spring trip. Walked twice as many times as she struck out while compiling .481 batting average with 1.074 slugging percentage and .563 on-base percentage. Successful in her only stolen base attempt and didn't make an error in 31 chances. Drove in or scored 22 of Geneseo's 52 runs during the week. Her three home runs raised her career total to 11, good for seventh on the program's all-time list.
Ashley Marshall – SUNY Plattsburgh
Senior, Malone, NY
Marshall finished the week with a 3-2 record as the Cardinals wrapped up their spring break trip to Florida. Marshall allowed 21 hits and eight earned runs in 30 innings of work. She recorded 45 strikeouts, including a 14-strikeout performance against Western New England University on March 18.

Baseball Player of the Week
Mike Stark – Oswego State
Senior, Second Base, Rochester, N.Y.
Stark posted a .407 batting average over the course of seven games that saw the Lakers go 5-2, including two wins against Brockport. In addition to his .400+ batting average, Stark registered a .467 on-base percentage, a .630 slugging percentage and scored seven runs. He delivered extra-base hits in four of seven contests, including a two-out grand slam in the top of the tenth inning as part of a 9-6 win over Brockport. Stark also finished the week with nine RBI.
