Women's Swimmer of the Week
Abby Max – SUNY Geneseo
Junior, New Hartford, NY
Max was victorious in four events as the Knights swept host Westminster and No. 13 Carnegie Mellon on Saturday. Max logged top swims in the 100 (54.27), 200 (1:56.49) and 500 (5:15.43) freestyle events while also adding a leg to the winning 200 free relay (1:38.72). Max also won three events in Wednesday's victory at Monroe C.C., touching first in the 100 butterfly (1:00.07) and swimming legs on the winning 400 medley (4:14.68) and 400 free (3:46.61) relays.Â
Men's Diver of the Week
Brandon Peifer – SUNY Geneseo
Senior, Monroe, NY
Peifer put together two record-setting performances to sweep both diving events during the Knights' split at Westminster on Saturday. Peifer shattered the six-year old SUNYAC 1-meter (6 dives) record by almost 15 points with a 352.00 score and also won the 3-meter board with a 319.80. Both scores established pool records at Westminster. Peifer also swept the 1-meter (293.75) and 3-meter (218.45) events in the Knights' victory at Monroe C.C. on Wednesday night.
Women's Diver of the Week
Emily Wanamaker – SUNY Geneseo
Senior, Camillus, NYÂ
Wanamaker swept both diving events to lead the Knights to a pair of victories over host Westminster and No. 13 Carnegie Mellon on Saturday. She won the 3-meter in record-setting fashion, setting a new Geneseo mark with a 291.30 as well as a Westminster pool record. She also established another pool record in winning the 1-meter (284.80). Both scores were NCAA Zone Diving qualifying marks.
Division III - Upstate
Patrick Weinert – SUNY Oneonta
Junior, Schenevus, NY

Weinert made a personal record and set a new school record in winning the weight throw at the Class of '32 Invitational hosted by Colgate on Saturday. He went nearly one meter past his previous best and the old school record with a heave of 18.33 meters (60'-1.75). His distance currently sits third in Division III. He also PR'd in the shot put with a distance of 13.98m.
Women's Field Athlete of the Week
Ann Milliken – SUNY Brockport
Junior, Elmira, NYÂ
Milliken was a double-winner at the St. Lawrence Invitational on Saturday. Milliken took first place in shot put with a throw of 11.63 meters and also finished first in the weight throw with a distance of 15.14 meters. Both throws qualified her for ECAC's. The Golden Eagles finished third overall as a team.

Women's Basketball Player of the Week
Kathleen Payne – Plattsburgh State
Senior, Forward, Goshen, NY
Thanks to the play of Payne, the Plattsburgh State women's basketball team was able to move into a tie for first place in the SUNYAC by picking up two more league wins. On Friday at New Paltz, the Goshen, N.Y., product tallied a double-double consisting of 16 points and a career-high 15 rebounds to help the Cardinals pull away from a pesky Hawks team down the stretch. The following afternoon, Payne scored a game and season-high 28 points to give the Cardinals a 70-59 win at Oneonta State. Payne averaged 22 points per game on 44.8 percent field goal shooting including an 84.2 percent clip from the free throw stripe. So far this season, Payne ranks second in the SUNYAC in scoring (19 points per game), seventh in rebounding (7.5/game), ninth in field goal percentage (37.6) and fifth in blocked shots per game (1.3). From a team standpoint, Plattsburgh State is off to a 10-3 start behind the play of Payne - its best start in program history.
