Brockport wins 2015 men's outdoor track and field title

BROCKPORT, N.Y. - The Brockport men's track and field team captured the 2015 State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) title Saturday with 204.5 points. The Golden Eagles claimed its fifth-ever SUNYAC crown and first since 1974.

2014 SUNYAC team champions, Oneonta, finished second (157.5) while Cortland was third (146.5)
Buffalo State's Austin Becker broke the SUNYAC meet record in the 800 meter run with a 1:50.98 time. Cortland teammates Jarred Iacovelli and Connor Christopherson broke meet records in the 3000 steeplechase (9:15.97) and the decathlon (6309) respectively.

The top two finishers in each individual event is named to the SUNAYC First and Second Teams respectively.
