Siegelman Tabbed ECAC Defensive Player of the Week
Oneonta State senior goalkeeper, Maxwell Siegelman (Roslyn/Roslyn), was selected as the ECAC Div. III Upstate Defensive Player of the week after leading the Red Dragons to an unbeaten record last week. The veteran net minder collects the honor after being selected as the SUNYAC Player of the Week.
Siegelman turned in a pair of stellar performances last week in leading the Red Dragons to 1-0-1 record that included win over regionally ranked RPI and 1-1 overtime draw with the #1 team in last week's NSCAA Coaches poll, Christopher Newport.
Siegelman’s performance in net, helped the Red Dragons crack the top-10 in the NSCAA East Region poll this week coming in at #10.
